That’s where I come in. My relaxed, at-home newborn sessions are designed to capture the intimate, beautifully unscripted moments that tell your family’s story - cuddles on the sofa, tiny fingers wrapped around yours, and the way you look at them in absolute wonder.

You’ve Just Had a Baby - This Will Be Easy

I know how exhausting these early days can be, which is why my newborn sessions are designed to be completely stress-free.

Newborn babies belong in their parents' arms, so during your session, you’ll spend a lot of time cuddling your baby just like you always do. There’s no rush, no rigid posing - just natural, love-filled moments in the comfort of your home.

You can relax, soak in these fleeting moments, and simply be present while I document your family’s story. I’ll gently guide you to the best light, ensuring we create a beautiful record of your new life together.

Your Newborn Photoshoot Experience

    Step 1: Booking Made Simple

    Once you fill out my contact form, I’ll get in touch to answer any questions and pencil in a date around your due date. Once your baby arrives, we’ll schedule the exact session day whenever you’re ready.

    Your session fee is £200, and once booked, you’ll receive a Welcome Guide with everything you need to prepare, from styling tips to what to expect on the day.

    Step 2: A Relaxed, In-Home Photoshoot

    The session takes place in the comfort of your home, so you won’t have to worry about packing bags, bad weather, or venturing out with a newborn.

    We’ll start by finding the best natural light in your home.

    Your session will be baby-led, completely flexible, allowing time for feeds, cuddles, and nappy changes.

    Your partner, older siblings, and even pets are welcome to be part of the photos - because these moments are about your whole family.

    Worried about a messy house? Don’t be. You’ve just had a baby! I’ll gently guide you to spaces with the best light, and if needed, I’ll move a laundry basket out of the frame—photography and tidying all in one!

Why Home is the Perfect Place for a Newborn Photoshoot

There’s something magical about photographing your baby in the place where your family’s journey begins.   • The best time is within the first 8 weeks - but there’s no rush. If you prefer to wait a little longer, I can still capture those precious early moments whenever you’re ready. Learn more about the best time to book your newborn session here.

  • Once booked, you’ll receive a guide with styling tips for the whole family. Neutral and earthy tones work beautifully, and since we’re at home, you’re free to change outfits!

  • Absolutely! These sessions are about your growing family, and older siblings are always welcome to join in. I’ll create a relaxed space where everyone feels comfortable (even reluctant toddlers!). You can read more about how I approach newborn sessions with older siblings here.

  • That’s completely normal! My newborn sessions are entirely baby-led, meaning we allow plenty of time for feeding, nappy changes, and cuddles. There’s no pressure or rush - I don’t expect babies to sleep through or behave in a certain way. The most beautiful images come from simply capturing them as they are, in their natural rhythm, because that’s where the magic truly lies.

  • No need for a spotless home! I’ll work with the available space and find the best light to create beautiful images. If needed, I can move small distractions out of the frame, so you don’t need to stress about tidying up. Your session is all about capturing the love and connection in your home, not how perfect it looks.

As a mum of three myself, I know how fast these days pass. You blink, and suddenly, that tiny baby in your arms has grown into a toddler. I started photography because I wanted to freeze these fleeting moments - not just for myself, but for other parents too.

I want you to have photographs that remind you of how small they once were, the way their tiny fingers curled around yours, and how deeply they were loved from the very start. These images will only become more precious as the years go by.
