Terms & Conditions

By booking and taking part in a Photoshoot session you agree to the following photoshoot Terms and Conditions: 

Work Product:  The images will be delivered via online gallery no more than 14 days after the shoot. The physical products (prints, albums etc) will be ordered within 7 days of clients’ order approval. The number of digital and printed images as well as type of albums depends on the selected collection. The digital images will be stored for the period of 3 months after which there will be no possibility to retrieve the images. I recommend the client makes a copy of their files immediately after receiving them.

Methods of payment: Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or PayPal. A £150 non-refundable session fee payment is required to confirm the booking of the session. Upon payment, the photographer will reserve the time and date agreed by both parties. The digital images will be available for download after the Collection fee has been paid in full. The additional digital images can be purchased at the rate of £20 per image. The prices listed are in (GBP) Pound Sterling and include taxes. All prices are correct at time of publishing. Cancellation policy: If the client cancels their session their session fee will not be returned. The session can be rescheduled free of charge if the photographer is informed at least 24h before the session. If the photographer is unable to perform the services in this contract due to any cause outside her control, payments made by the client in relation to the session will be returned in full. 

Reschedule policy: If inclement weather or other adverse conditions prevent the photoshoot from taking place, another date will be arranged. If you or your family member is ill you can reschedule free of charge. If you need to reschedule for any other reason, please do so no later than 24 hours before the session, or you will not be able to reschedule to another date. You may reschedule one time only.

Tardiness: Tardiness on the client's part may result in reduced shooting time, which may result in less images presented by the photographer. The photographer cannot guarantee a time extension of sessions.

Publicity: By booking the session the client grants the photographer permission to take photographs of themselves, their family members including children and their property if relevant. The photographer reserves the right to use one or a selection of images from the shoot in any and all forms of media, for the purpose of self-promotion (Facebook, web content etc), publicity, publishing, resale as prints or other media for commercial use, or in photographic contests or gallery shows. If you do not wish for your images to be published please indicate this prior to the photoshoot.

Waiver of liability: The client expressly releases the photographer, his employees and agents from all claims, damages, and liabilities that may result from accidents or incidents that occur during the photo session. This waiver of liability includes waiver of any claim that may be a result of negligence. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. 

Copyright: The photographer retains copyright for all images taken on any photoshoot. Images are sold on a personal use license, this includes those photographs provided digitally. This means the client can share them with family and friends, print, frame etc. The images are property of Zofia May Photography and they may not be altered in any way, shape of form, including but not limited to editing the overall style of image, color/contrast/exposure changes, cropping portions of the images, adding objects/persons/graphics and deleting objects/persons/graphics. 

The Photographer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
